Avlon operates from a strategically located manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, India, spanning 1,00,000 sq. ft., with a robust annual production capacity of 24,000 MT, scalable up to 36,000 MT. This modern facility forms the backbone of our ability to deliver precision, speed, and excellence in every pre-engineered building (PEB) project.
Our plant is fully equipped to manufacture first-class structural components, including columns, rafters, beams, purlins, sheeting, and secondary members, used across a wide range of sectors such as warehouses, factories, shopping malls, commercial complexes, airports, steel plants, oil & gas refineries, thermal plants, and high-rise buildings. Avlon also proudly exports structural components to clients in the Middle East and Africa, meeting international quality benchmarks.
We manufacture standard steel panels of 0.5 mm and 0.6 mm thickness with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa. These panels are hot-dip galvanized or zinc-aluminium coated, conforming to G90 (ASTM A653) and AZ150 (ASTM A792) standards. Each panel features a multilayered coating system, starting with pre-tested base metal, then a corrosion-resistant primer and topcoat, offering 25 microns thickness on the front side and 12 microns on the reverse - ensuring superior protection and extended durability.
